I created this blog aimed to talk, learn and share all aspects of leadership. I graduated May 2018 with my MPS of Psychology in Leadership at Penn State University, World Campus. During my academic studies I found a true passion learning about leadership and how to improve it.
I am excited to develop, learn and teach leadership. Hearing all your experiences in leadership as well, the good and the bad, because all can be learned from. The more we learn the more opportunity we have to improve our leadership and become more effective.
I strive for equality, diversity and inclusion in leadership in the workplace. Creativity is my strength and I enjoy an investigative approach to all topics.
This blog is meant to inspire and positively influence the ideas surrounding leadership. I look forward to discussing it with all the leaders out there!

About Me – DMB
I have been working in the automotive industry for 20 years and have learned so much on leadership. I found it to be my passion to figure out the psychology of why some leaders are so successful while others…well not so much.
That is when I began my academic journey to discover all aspects of leadership and not only apply what I have learned to my own career and life but to share and learn from other’s experiences as well. I am a full-time working mother, devoted wife, running a household and working everyday on self-improvement. I love to listen and read books, writing and enjoying family time.
